Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day.  USPS is our preferred shipping method. Free shipping is available for  orders $50+. Tracking numbers are provided via email with every order.  Please Note: Due to Covid-19, UPS is not honoring guaranteed delivery dates. Thanks for your understanding.

What do I do if my order was confirmed delivered but I did not receive it?
Please, email us at Silver925Dream@gmail.com and inform us that although it was confirmed delivered, you have not received your order. A Lost and Rifling claim form will be submitted. This form is a federal form that is filed with the United States Post Office in order to conduct a federal investigation.
